Like Kostas, Stella’s musical life hasn’t been restricted to Greece. In fact she started playing violin at the age of five in Berlin. Although she continued studying back in Greece at the Athens Conservatory and the Attiki Conservatory, she returned to Berlin for her Masters.

Stella has a wealth of orchestral experience, having played in Germany, Switzerland and Greece. Having settled in Greece eventually, she has been a member of several orchestras. These include the State Radio Orchestra, the Orchestra of Colours and the State Opera Orchestra, where she has been Principal Second violin since 2001.

Amongst numerous smaller ensembles with which she has worked, the Greek Composers Society has played a large role, as it has with many of the AAE.
